Rebecca began her career in claims over thirty years ago a claim service assistant at State Farm Insurance. After completing her Bachelors at the University of South Alabama (go Jags!), she began working as an adjuster at Progressive Insurance. A few years later found her at Southern United Fire Insurance, where she ultimately became Claims Manager before that company closed its doors in 2009. She moved to the agency side then, bringing with her a unique understanding of the claim process, which allows her to better assist our clients with understanding and navigating their claims. She earned the AIC (Associate in Claims) designation in 2014, and plans to next pursue her ARM (Associate in Risk Management).
